Notes
An easy out and back on the bike path. Rainy and a little cold but it wasn't really unpleasant to be out, just not very exciting to get going. Considered doing more but didn't feel like I really needed it, and I think that was the right call. Feeling a little stiff from yesterday but not too sore and only a little tired.
