Notes

Big jog today. I figured I would run 30 minutes super easy and it felt pretty darn good. My watch said my heartrate averaged 157 but I'm not sure how much stock to put in that. My feet are still a little sore and not quite used to shoes but they definitely felt better on grass and dirt than on pavement. It's tempting to run more but I'm sure that my body isn't quite ready for that and I'd end up paying for it.

*As of the next morning I am REALLY feeling the hamstrings. Low mileage is the right move this week.
