Running today didn't feel awesome but I didn't realize how fast I was going. I'm feeling fitter for sure and my resting heart rate is back where I'd expect it to be but I still think I'm getting back into running. Did 6 strides and felt solid but still not great. I think part of the issue here is needing to eat bigger breakfasts.
