Getting back into it, this workout felt pretty good. Just a little faster than relaxed on the 1000s, and was very much within myself as far as the total volume of the workout. Ran the first 4 with Austin then he picked it up a bit. I added the 200s just to run a little faster and shake out the legs, basically strides.
