Ran with Austin and Lucas. Definitely feeling a bit sluggish but no major kinks after yesterday's race. I would have liked to run a bit more but was held up at work with more beta gauge confusion on 2nd shift and Austin and Lucas weren't interested in running more. Oh well. Did 4x100m strides after the run (not pictured here) which all felt really good. This running thing is weird.
