Quick one before Kyle and Sara came over tonight. Put off running all day because I wasn't feeling great. Sleeping 12 hours probably wasn't the best thing for me. Ran this one a little fast but didn't bring a watch so I don't actually know the time. I bet the pace was closer to 7:00.

It's amazing how good hiking makes my body feel. I should hike every other week or so as cross-training.
