Notes

Did 16x200m w/ 200m jog recovery on Newton Hill along Pleasant. Measured the 200m with my watch and I suspect it was a few meters long, but that's cool. Reps were flat to gradual incline to slightly more incline and then a short drop of 10-15m to the finish. Wanted to get some quicker running done on trails and this was great for that. Most reps were 41.5-42.5 I think, with every 4th rep being faster under 40s just to keep things interesting.
