Pretty tired after a long day at work inspecting bags with Saumita and Mike. I was also frustrated that I wasn't able to make it to practice but I should have schedule the inspection better maybe. I was pretty tired going into this but wanted some easy jogging and I sure got it. Felt bad to start but once I loosened up my hamstrings the run got a LOT better.
