Ran at 6:20 or so with Austin. We started slow which was nice but then both gravitated toward a bit faster, until Austin actually asked to ease up for the last 3/4 mile or so (?????). Time is a guess but I would be surprised if we averaged too far from 6:50 pace, which feels fast in this heat and humidity. Achilles felt pretty good, not sure if everything is just starting to work or maybe yesterday's lift help set me up.
