Notes

15 minutes easy, 13x60s on, 60s off, cooldown. Felt a little lethargic starting but felt pretty good through the workout. Kept the effort fairly mild, just trying to get used to running a little faster. The footing slowed me down in a few spots so nothing glamorous in the splits but that's fine. I wasn't even splitting my watch for the reps. Saw a couple deer and a mother turkey with her turkey-lets. Definitely coming here at least once a week for the rest of the summer.
