Some hot and steamy miles with Austin and Lucas and Liz, plus 6 strides. Austin and I did about 15 minutes without Lucas because he was running late, then we joined up and added on. Austin and Lucas did some more, then just Austin did some more. It felt like we were running a lot faster than we were but our first mile was nice and slow. I think perceived effort was just way up with the 90-something degree heat. Looking forward to getting a bit fitter and the weather getting a bit cooler so 7 minute pace doesn't feel fast.
