Decent workout, wanted to run 10k pace but practice shifting gears and keep getting used to quicker stuff. 1600s were very controlled. Maybe those sped up because the relative effort compared to the 400s was so low? 400s were tough, just not used to running quickly I guess, plus I lifted before this run which I haven't done in a long time. Cut down to 300s to make sure I could run 72 pace or faster for the whole rep instead of fading.
