13 x 30s w/2min jog. The hill was fairly gradual but just steep enough to feel like a hill, and I tried to keep the recovery runs at a decent pace considering how long they were. I wanted a hill workout that wasn't going to crush me like the last one, and this was pretty good. Probably a hair easy, maybe ideally the hill would be a touch steeper but I think this was still really good. First 6 reps were easy, then had to focus a little during the reps and during the recoveries to keep the pace where I wanted it. GPS was a little confused for a bunch of this, some reps it was saying 5:15 pace some it said 5:40 when there really wasn't that much variation in where I was stopping and starting. I don't care too much about the distance being accurate, although I'll probably be a hair under 60 this week so maybe I'll blame my watch.

Ankle felt good, had to do some turning up the hill both left and right, plus I don't often run workouts in these shoes.
