Short shakeout before CMPT today. Didn't have time for much more, and my legs are still trashed from Tuesday. Hamstrings and but especially but my left calf doesn't feel awesome either. That was a lot of hill work I think. I'm probably going to take tomorrow off because I'm in a good spot for the week already and take some time to roll out, not worried but trying to be proactive so I can get a good long run and workout in this weekend.
