Attempted 6-8x800m around 2:40-2:45 but just did not have the juice in the legs today. Felt okay but not great on the first couple, but then just felt tired and it was clear things were not getting better even after cutting the reps to 600m. Not a huge deal, just gonna listen to my body and rest up this weekend.
