Maybe I should start logging these medium long runs as long instead of easy because this was up there. Talked to Kyle on the phone and it pretty much flew by minus the last 5-10 minutes. Got a high five from some random guy who seemed to be cheering me on at the bus stop near sagamore which was cool. Kept the effort pretty low and let this run happen naturally.
