Notes

8x20s at about 95% with easy jog back and wait until 1:20 to start again. This gave me about 30s standing rest which was nice. Definitely took me 2-3 reps to really warm up, and then I was getting a bit tired in the last 3 and not getting quite as far. Felt really strong and like I was driving well up the hill. This was close to a Kurt-style workout, which I plan to do on a weekly basis for the next month or two.
