Strava told me this was 14.00 at 7:00 so I'll count this as a round numbers long run. Felt reeeeally good today, Lucas had to hold me back a little to keep the run reasonable. On my own I probably would have started too fast. I actually felt like we were running a fair bit faster but that's fine. This was a great time on feet long run and it was a beautiful night for it. Achilles was getting a little sore and I felt it a bit the last 3ish miles but it wasn't bad. These shoes are great but on a run this long they feel a bit unstable as I fatigue at the end.
