Notes

did 4x800m, 4x200m with 2min and 200m rest respectively. shooting for 2:25 and 30 for each, basically hit all the 800s, sat just above 30s for the 200s. a bit frustrating to not get under 30 but not the end of the world. need to get the speed back.
