Notes

Felt surprisingly good coming off of yesterday's travel, not to mention lifting right before this. Started at 5% and 8:50/mile and worked down to 2% and 7:40. Tried to keep the cadence up a little. Had some very slight tightness but IT band and knee felt the best they have felt in over a month, if not pre-injury. Felt the front of my knee slightly during the evening and next morning, probably 1-2/10.
