Notes

Easy run with Tobin. Nice and relaxed with some hills near the end to turn it over. Felt slightly sore/fatigued from Friday night's workout but nothing bad.

Cut this run down from 50 minutes because I picked up some extra time earlier this week. Might switch this run to Sunday and do the long run Saturday depending on how I feel Saturday morning. Friday night workout will be a big factor.
