First longer workout since August or maybe July? It felt slow at first but got harder especially in the 2nd half. It might have been a little harder than I needed today but not by much if it was. Splits were 5:52, 5:57, 5:53, 5:48.
First run in the streaks and they definitely felt like more shoe than the adios but also felt more supportive. Probably a better shoe for tempo workouts and maybe longer track workouts too. Achilles and ankles felt good!
