This workout went surprisingly well. I didn't have very high expectations having not run intervals in probably several months.The plan was to try to run a little under 75 for 10 400s, 12 if I felt great. This was considerably faster and really not all that tough. The last couple were a little tough but really not bad. I ran in the new streaks, which, as expected, are great flats for this kind of workout. It helped that assumption was practicing at the track while I was there, probably made me feel more accountable. Didn't have to do much lane changing, just 2 intervals maybe I did in lane 2. Right groin was pretty tight immediately following the workout but went away as the evening went on.
