Another fairly easy LT workout just trying to get back into it. Felt pretty smooth and went out fast for a lot of these but only the last one was challenging so I feel like I did it right more or less. TECHNICALLY this isn’t 3 minutes on 1 minute off but it sure does look like it. It felt easier than that workout usually did though. Right foot/big toe felt totally fine through this even in these flats so I think I’m still headed in the right direction there. Talked to Chabot, Kyle and some of the WPI dudes before this.
