Notes

Throwback to a workout junior year Chabot gave us: 3x (5x200m w/ 30s) w/ 400m. I tried to replicate the workout with the first 3 reps of each set at about mile effort or a little slower, final 2 reps faster than mile pace. I initially walked out 200m but think I overestimated. Reps were 36s and 33s to aim for what I would have aimed for on the track. Recovery was basically standing.

I wanted a dose of something different and some discomfort at the end of each set and got it. Legs felt pretty good after the lift yesterday. Last set was tougher but I felt like my legs had warmed up pretty well. Had some wind in one direction.
