Notes

Taking it easy on the body today after a surprisingly tired weekend (subbing PE, long walk on the Charles, long run). Started a little slow and did strides on the track before heading home. Talked to Kyle on the phone even though he ran earlier which made the run go by fast even with 20 minutes of turf.

Feeling the calves a bit the next morning. I definitely have to be more consistent with strides!
