Day 1 of working from home because of COVID19
Legs felt pretty heavy and a little junky today, maybe I got a little greedy with that 5xmile. Kept it pretty easy again today to be safe, hopefully I'll feel solid tomorrow but if I have to put the workout off a little that's okay. Did Honey and then ran around the neighborhood because I thought Liz would be getting here any minute. She was 40 minutes late, bingo.
