Notes

This workout was Lucas' brainchild and it went great. I'm sure the cooler temps and the fact that we were on the track rather than the bike path, but this felt really good. I thought if I ran about 2:45 for all of these it would be a good workout but I felt about as good running these as I did running 6min/mile a month or so ago, which is really encouraging. I think I could do this workout again in a week or two and do it all faster. I feel like I probably am not fully recovered from Reach the Beach yet but I felt better than expected this week so no complaints from me.
