Notes

Warmup and cooldown for today's race. Did 2 minutes of LT before the race which felt GREAT. Gonna keep doing this before races and some workouts. Footing wasn't great so I was slightly nervous about my ankle but it ended up being totally fine.

Warmup was with the dudes, cooldown was with Dave between stops to cheer for the ladies and then with Dave and Austin after the women's race. Could have done more and felt good but there was no need today.
