9x600@2:00-2:04 with 200m jog, 2x200m @ 35 w/200m. Not a very impressive workout but the best I have felt running hard in a little while. Felt in control and never like I was straining to hit these. Feels so good to wear a lighter shoe/road flat, fuck working out in trainers
