8x200 in 36.0-36.9, mostly at the low end, with 500m jog to make sure the recovery was at least 2:30. Recoveries were pretty slow but they were comfortable and allowed Kyle and I to keep talking through the whole workout. I didn't think Kyle would want to run a workout today so it was a nice surprise to do this together.

I'm doing something funny with my left leg when I'm turning left because I almost immediately got sore and borderline crampy on the upper left calf where I've gotten tight in the past. I think it might be a little worse in a chunkier shoe like this, but I'm going to think about this and see if I can do something better or at least differently.
