[PM. LUEG. 40m f&s x 8 (1 1/2 laps); 80m f&s x 4 (1 1/2 laps); 120m f&s x 2 (1 lap); Jog 400m; Repeat in reverse; 120m f&s x 2 (1 lap); 80m f&s x 4 (1 1/2 laps); 40m f&s x 8 (1 1/2 laps)]. Did not Do. Jag & Jerry (jerry did a diff. workout). 25 x 400m @ 10k Pace with 30 sec. rest between. I ended up doing 24 out of 25 just because i was behind them by 2. I feel i could have gone faster. next time, i'll choose a second or two faster as my pace. i started with thinking it'd be 1:45.
