couldn't go fast if my life depended on it...dead legs...into the WIND! My God, the WIND!! Ha ha My ponytail was blowing straight out backwards and pulling my head back -- I was laughing so hard! The wind was pushing air down my throat!! That was most definitely a hilarious recovery run!!
