This body is wearing down :( Things seem really, really hard right now...even the shorty runs, which I usually find pleasant and fun and fast. Nothing is good right now: breathing sucks. Leg turnover sucks. Lifting legs high on the hills sucks. Kind of scared that I hit the peak a couple of weeks ago and I'll have nothing to give on race day :( Need to breathe life into my body--only 19 days til race day. Would hate for it all to go downhill after months and months of hard workouts.
