out of breath but who the HELL cares! Freaking gorgeous, warm, sunny run was not to be wasted on jogging slow. Don't care if my knee swells (i'll ice it just to be safe ha ha)...it was all worth it...except for the old man who blew the leaf blower at me and almost into my mouth and i told him to stop and he told me to shut up, so I told him to fuck off! Hate being rude, but COME ON! Had another mile and half to calm down and do a fast finish (well as fast as i can go right now!)
