was going to do a short, easy 3 miles with tom and continue on but run faster (weird that the I actually ran slow and thought I was running fast haha), so decided that the 3 miles was it for the day and will do longer tomorrow....gotta work out which races I'm aiming for so I can create a workout schedule! I'm actually just really glad to be back out running...and I got sunshine...not warm, still really cold (for me) but sunshine is nice after the sloggy freezing rain! Working my way back to 6-7 days a week, double runs and races and some masters elite times....this is the year!!!
