Notes

Decent. Kept out of mud. Only problems were calf twinges (no banana & no water...i think that would've taken care of it) on both sides and the chafing on the sternum ... so painful. gotta remember to tape it before running. Never get it on runs 7 miles and under and minimally in the summer on the longer 7-14 ish mile runs. But anytime I'm drenched or just soggyish, then the rubbing begins and it doesn't heal in between on these longer soggy runs :(
