this was good...have recovered pretty well from the almost 14 miles on sunday. still working on not hunching--such an ingrained, horrible habit. Passed a little old hunched man also jogging--I don't want to look like that...it looks like it hurts. Hell, it hurts now, so why do I do it? It just seems that that one shoulder wants to roll forward automatically and it throws the whole body alignment out. Am now convinced this is what was the start of all my leg issues...all they way down one side and right up the other--all from a dumb shoulder hunch!
