Notes

First half: W/U, Steady, Slow. Second Half: Easy Fast Downhill (almost felt like a real runner again!), steady fast, slow on the small uphill (not risking butt injury again!), steady fast remainder. Felt pretty good. Sweating hard but good recovery.
