Notes
w/ Jesse (44:11--8:04/mile pace).
Steady-state-into-tempo run. First 2/2.5 miles were great: steady state, felt really good. Kicked it up a notch and fell apart: back to knee pains, heavy breathing BUT did manage to do a good, clean mile @ the end. Still think this is closer to 10k than the gps map is showing (doesn't seem to register all the twists and turns in the trails).
