Just had to try...jogged 2.25 miles @ 8 min/mile but it was a no go. hips excruciating :( ... jogged reeeeally slow for another .5 mile and then walked back...back to the pool :( // [Planned: 20 minutes warm up; 12 minutes at 10 km pace, 6 minutes jogging rest; 6 minutes at 10k pace; 3 minutes jogging rest; 3 minutes at 5 km pace, 1.5 minutes jogging rest; 3 minutes at 5 km pace; 10 minutes cool down]
