with lori, gill (and carolyn on bike). hills. swear gill is trying to kill me off. actual running time: 1:57:24 with 3:34.o1 of water/bathroom/gel stops. hips sore. this was supposed to be 3 hours i thought, but no, 30k. i didn't do the last 7k--figured if things were already hurting and calf muscles tight, best not push it. 1 gel after 1 hour. gross orange. mapped it out as best i could, but gps said 23k. i'm going with that.
