Notes
Supposed to be: 1 mile warmup; 50 m super fast; 300 m @ 800 m race pace; 300 m still hard but varied; 3 minutes slower pace; X 4; 1 mile warmdown. What it was: 1 mile warmup; 50 m fast; 50 m @ 800 m race pace; 550 m hanging on but really going slow; 3 minutes even slower than normal pace! X 4; 1 mile warmdown. UGGGHHH!
