these are all approximate. Got a side cramp on the 6-minute 10K interval. Then, on the 8-minute 10K interval, this should've been a lot of fun and fast as most was going back downhill but, no, instead, I felt like I was going to pee so had to keep slowing down. The 5k pace intervals were fun and I could've gone faster but thought, no, in a 5k through and through, I wouldn't be able to hold it, so tried to stick with what I thought a 5k pace felt like. I. LOVE. SPEED!
