BMO St. Patrick's Day. gun time: 22:07. chip time: 22:02. 1K @ 3:56 (6:20/mile); 1 mile @ 6:36. 2K @ 8:12. no warm up. idiot. wasn't expecting hills!! felt it slip away with each hill, especially between 3K - 4K. saw the hill at 4K and instead of going fast, just gave up. don't even know why. i wasn't even hurting. no sprint. no nothing. whaaaaat???
