Run felt great! I was able to kick it up a notch on the last 3 miles or so just to finish strong. I was doing quite a bit of jumping around on the run b/c of snow-filled sidewalks... pretty chaotic in some places but Observatory and Erie weren't too bad with larger streets.
4 mile splits:
1 - 38:22 (9:35 /mi)
2 - 38:19 (9:35 /mi)
3 - 38:11 (9:33 /mi)
4 - 38:17 (9:35 /mi)
5 - 36:23 (9:06 /mi)
Mini Milkyway Caramels worked GREAT as a sugar boost (instead of GU). Also tried Devils food cookies and Milky Ways that were good too.
