Notes: Most important thing is to breathe easy. In mouth, out nose - not all at once!
Drills:
1) 6 second hold (rotation)
2) thumb to thigh (finish stroke)
3) thumb along side (recovery)
4) fingers along water (hand entry - cutting through water)
5) back splash/water throw (finish stroke)
• Warm up by doing 4x50 concentrating on extension of body
• 100 yards of each drill
• Finish by putting all together
Can use kick board to concentrate on stroke mechanics or just a break - speed down, easy back
