This run felt great. I did notice 2 things to concentrate on...
1) Keep good body alignment. Don't get lazy and let shoulders sway across body - DO CORE WORKOUTS!!!
2) Continue to work on getting thigh in front - DO HIP FLEXOR WORKOUTS!
