OMG, my legs aren't really that sore and I didn't feel like that race yesterday was run very hard but today's "easy" effort was brutal. I ran at 10:00 on the TM, and just couldn't get the leg turnover. My HR stayed really low the whole time, so I guess this was a good recovery effort. I was planning on doing 12 but my body protested so I decided to just skip the long run this week. I see why racing should be done sparingly during HM training.
