4x1.5 mile@MP-10 (8:59) + 2 mile warmup/2 mile cooldown. Felt really strong today! Had to hold myself back just a bit, ran the strength portion at around 8:50, and my HR was super low the whole time. New vo2 max of 51 detected. Nice!
